IPCC & PCC Panel

Intelligent Power Control Center(IPCC) and Power Control Center (PCC) in electrical panels ensure efficient management and distribution of electrical power, with IPCC providing advanced monitoring and automation capabilities.  We have manufactured varied combination and ratings of LT Power Panels, highest being 6300A.

IMCC & MCC Panel

A Motor control Center (MCC) is a group of combination of motor starters, branch feeder devices, and lighting panel boards, each mounted in an individual isolated compartment with its own cover.  It is a free-standing structure, consisting of a common busbar arrangement to distribute power to each compartment and a network of wireways to accommodate outgoing loads and control wirings. An Intelligent MCC or IMCC offering enhanced features like real-time monitoring and advanced diagnostics.  It is connected using varied industrial bus like Profibus or ProfiNet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus etc.  We manufacture varied combinations and rating of IMCCs based on customer requirements, highest being 5000A.

PDP or PDB Panel

A Power Distribution Panel (PDP) or Board (PDB) is an essential component in electrical systems that distributes electrical power from a single source to multiple circuits, ensuring safe and efficient power management and control for various equipment and devices in a particular area. 

APFC and SVC Panel

Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panels and Static VAR Compensator (SVC) panels are used in electrical systems to improve power quality. APFC panels automatically adjust the power factor to optimal levels, reducing energy losses and improving efficiency, while SVC panels provide dynamic reactive power compensation to stabilize voltage levels and enhance system reliability. 

Control Panels for PLC, HMI and VFDs

Control Panels house essential components such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and related feeders, typically within a single enclosure without compartments. We manufacture Control Panels in both mild steel (MS) and stainless steel, suitable for diverse industries including Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverages, and other clean room applications.

DRIVE Panel

Standalone drive panels have to be carefully engineered as they are self-contained units designed to control and operate individual motors that are critical to the plant process.  They house a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), along with necessary protective and control components like filters and reactors.  These panels are supposed to provide precise motor speed and torque control, enhancing operational efficiency and energy savings. They are commonly used in various industrial applications where independent motor control is required, such as in HVAC systems, pumps, conveyors, and other machinery.  We can manufacture standalone panels upto 750 KW in our facility.
