iPCC & PCC Panels

Pima manufactures Power Control Center (PCC) and Intelligent Power Control Center (IPCC) panels for main power distribution in industrial plants, substations, and infrastructure projects. Our LT power panels are built in welded and modular (bolted) structures, rated up to 6300A, and designed for safe, reliable power distribution across multiple load feeders. IPCC panels include real-time power monitoring, advanced protection relays, and bus coupler arrangements as required.

iMCC & MCC Panels

Our MCC and Intelligent MCC (IMCC) panels manage motor-driven loads across pumps, compressors, conveyors, and plant machinery. Each compartment is individually isolated with its own cover, housing combination starters, branch feeder devices, and bus-bar arrangements for outgoing loads and control wiring. IMCC panels support industrial bus protocols — Profibus, ProfiNet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus — for integration with plant-wide automation and SCADA systems. Ratings up to 5000A.

PDP / PDB Panels

A Power Distribution Panel (PDP) or Power Distribution Board (PDB) splits electrical power from a single source into multiple circuits for safe, efficient power management across a facility section. Pima designs PDP panels for industrial plants, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects — with circuit protection, metering, and distribution architecture matched to your load profile.

APFC & SVC Panels

APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction) panels automatically adjust power factor to optimal levels, reducing reactive power penalties and improving energy efficiency. SVC (Static VAR Compensator) panels provide dynamic reactive power compensation for voltage stabilization in networks with variable loads. Pima designs and manufactures both panel types for industrial plants, data centers, and utility-connected facilities.

Control Panels for PLC, HMI & VFDs

Standalone drive panels house Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) along with input/output filters, reactors, and all required protection and control components. Our engineers prepare GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM for your review and approval before a single component is ordered.

Assembly & Wiring

Our skilled panel wiremen work to documented wiring instructions and IEC color coding standards. Every cable is ferrule-labelled. Every terminal is checked against the wiring diagram.

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Each panel undergoes Insulation Resistance (IR) testing, High Voltage (HV) testing, and full functional testing before dispatch. A complete test report is issued with every panel.
